She has had vast experience as an audiologist and because she is unaffiliated with specific Hearing aid providers, can give you the best advice for your specific circumstances. She takes the time to explore your situation and then, if you need it, can recommend the best hearing aid for you from the full range available in Australia. She allows you to test the model of aid you choose and I was particularly impressed with the amount of time she spent with me to make sure I understood all of my options and then was familiarised with the hearing aids I chose. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting independent and highly competent advice on their hearing.

Leena made some adjustments to my hearing aids and she has done a fantastic job, Leena took her time to explain the process and made sure that everything was working as it should before I left. The location is very easy to get to and there is ample parking. You can even get a coffee while you wait if you arrive early at the nearby coffee shop. If you looking for a fantastic hearing centre that's provides value for money without braking the budget then New Sound hearing is the place to go and Leena is definitely the lady to see for all your hearing needs. If you want thoroughness, courteousness, and reassurance re anything to do with your hearing & associated health then Leena is ready to help you. My GP specifically wanted me to see Leena because my hearing and head/ear pressure & tinnitus had caused me great concern & intense discomfort. My GP assured me that I would be incredibly well looked after & that we would benefit from a thorough & helpful report that could guide him in my treatment. Leena is now my audiologist. She conducted many tests that were not completed by my previous audiologist. She explained thoroughly & endured kindly & patiently my many questions. I received a flyer in my letterbox from New Sound Hearing and decided to go and visit the clinic. Leena greeted me as I walked in and I was impressed by her professionalism and kindness towards me and then I knew I came to the right place. I told Leena my hearing was slowing getting worse and she suggested I have a hearing test and lets do it now. She proceeded to carry out an in-depth test and then told me my low and midrange hearing was ok, but, my hi- range was very poor. I then realised why I couldn't hear some words clearly, when having a conversation. I needed to get hearing aids ASAP ! Leena gave me a range to consider and told me,in detail, the difference between them. 2 days later they arrived and Leena fitted and adjusted the settings for me and I was so happy I could hear the high pitch sounds again. What a difference it's made for me and was all so easy with Leena's expertise guiding me all the way. I highly recommend going to see Leena, if your hearing is not as good as it used to be, and wish to visit an Audiologist. With over 20 years experience, Leena was, and still is courteous and professional in helping me with my hearing aids. I am so grateful to her.

I cannot recommend new sound hearing enough! From the moment I walked in the door i was welcome by the friendly staff. The clinic itself is clean and modern and very well organised. The entire process from scheduling my appointments to the hearing test follow-up was seamless. Leena The audiologist was incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I was impressed with how thorough and personalise the care was.
