A local, independent clinic New Sound Hearing has been founded by Leena Kothari, a Senior Audiologist with more than 20 years of experience in Australia. New Sound Hearing is not owned by any hearing-aid manufacturers and not part of any one of the hearing franchises, we utilize state-of-the-art technology to assist you with all of your hearing concerns.
Meet Our Principal Audiologist
New Sound Hearing founder, Leena Kothari, is an audiologist with more than 20 years of professional experience in Australia, across both Sydney and Adelaide.
Leena is an accredited Audiologist with Audiology Australia, holding a current Certificate of Clinical Practice and registered with the Hearing Services Program to support eligible pensioners and veterans. With extensive experience in fitting and programming a full range of the latest hearing aids—including invisible in-canal models, receiver-in-ear, custom, and rechargeable devices—Leena works with top brands like Resound, Bernafon, Siemens, Oticon and Phonak. Dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements in hearing aid and cochlear implant technology, she has also mentored and supervised numerous interns and new audiologists through Macquarie University and Audiology Australia.
