Leena Kothari is the founder and principal audiologist at New Sound Hearing. She has more than 20 years of clinical experience in Australia, across both Sydney and Adelaide, and is a longstanding member of Audiology Australia holding a current Certificate of Clinical Practice. Leena is registered with the Australian Government Hearing Services Program to support eligible pensioners and veterans, and is also registered with Medicare and icare NSW workers insurance. She fits and programs the full range of current hearing aids, including invisible in-canal, receiver-in-ear, custom and rechargeable devices, and has mentored and supervised audiology interns and new graduates through Macquarie University and Audiology Australia. Her background includes hearing assessments and treatment plans for Australian Defence personnel and workers with industrial hearing loss.
